Our pieces are designed as surprise creations! You choose the jewelry style and share your story, and we’ll do the rest. If you’d like to add more charms later, we offer individual add-on charms so you can personalize your piece even more.

Yes! All of our pieces are made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel and coated using our PVD process with 18K gold. They’re waterproof, non-tarnish, and hypoallergenic — meaning they’ll never turn your skin green and are perfect for everyday wear.

Each piece is custom-made with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Charms for a Cause donates 15% of all sales to the Code Green Campaign, which supports mental health awareness and resources for first responders.

Yes! Our jewelry makes the perfect thoughtful gift. Just leave a note at checkout with the recipient’s name, story, or message — and we’ll hand-select charms that reflect it. You can even ship it directly to them, beautifully packaged and ready to gift.

Because each piece is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll always make it right!
