Hi, I’m Kaisha Oesterreicher, the heart behind Charms for a Cause.
As a first responder, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible strength — and the silent struggles — of those who dedicate their lives to helping others. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how mental health challenges can deeply affect our heroes behind the scenes: dispatchers, EMTs, firefighters, police officers, and so many others who give everything, often without asking for help themselves.

In my spare time, I’ve always found peace in crafting and creating — especially in making meaningful jewelry. It started as a simple hobby, but I wanted it to become something more — something that could make a difference. That’s how Charms for a Cause was born.

Each piece is created with purpose, inspired by real stories and real people. Every necklace or bracelet carries a message — of hope, remembrance, strength, or healing — and 15% of each sale is donated to supporting the mental health of our nation’s first responders.

We’re proud to support the Code Green Campaign, a nonprofit dedicated to improving mental health awareness and support for first responders. It’s a mission that’s deeply personal to me, and I’m honored to use my love of creativity to give back to the community that means so much.
